CanteenPOS is a cloud-based application to automate your complete operation in School Canteen from customizing digital menu, cashless transactions through digital wallet, real-time notifications, unified view of all orders, chat with parents, create orders with wireless printing, and detailed reporting for important factors of business like Best Selling Items, Restricted Items, Revenue Analysis & User Analysis for a complete view of your canteen’s performance at any time.

Digital Menu is a unique feature to create your digital menu with items in your canteen & offers end-to-end management with the following:
- Create Categories for Items like Snacks, Meals, Drinks, etc.
- Create Items under each category to organize it better.
- Detailed Description of each item with Image, Price, Short Description, Nutritional Facts (Calories, Fats, Vitamins, etc.) & Special Instructions (Diary Product, Contains Allergen, etc.)
- Manage Availability of Items (make items unavailable/available to hide from menu anytime)
- Display Canteen Information (About Us, Working Time, Payments Mode & Special Tagline)
- Call or Real-Time Chat Feature for customers directly within the application

Order Management: Canteen can manage the full life cycle of orders through the application with Create New Orders using Student ID, Parent ID, etc., Edit Orders, Cancel Orders, Update Order Status, Add Special Instructions for Chef, Apply for Discount Code, Multiple Payment Modes, Immediate Refund & Print Order wirelessly with any WiFi Printer in own customized format. The best part is every action is integrated into real-time notifications for customers/parents. All orders will be managed through a single-window categorized into different categories (In Process Orders, Completed Orders, Future Orders created by parents & Cancelled Orders).

Digital Wallet: Get rid of cash now and Go Cashless with every transaction for better & faster orders. The application is linked to each parent’s digital wallet and money will be credited immediately with no delay. The funds in your wallet can be transferred to any Bank Account whenever you want & also allows you to add money into the wallet if required through a 100% secure & safe channel. All funds are stored in encrypted formats in backend with no one except you can access the real funds in your wallet. The wallet is protected by the best technology used by Banks. So why use Cash anymore with the stress of giving loose change every time, collection & then deposit in the bank account every day when you can manage your entire cash flow through a well-organized wallet.
